TERMS OF USE & END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you (the "User") and Blackpixel Studio regarding your use of our mobile applications, their premium features, and associated auto-renewable subscriptions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use without limitation or qualification. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use the application.

2. License Grant
Blackpixel Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and personal license to download, install, and use the application on compatible mobile devices that you own or rightfully control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the usage rules set forth by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Certain advanced features or exclusive content within the application require a subscription to an auto-renewable plan. By choosing to subscribe, you agree to the following conditions:
• Duration and Billing: Subscriptions are offered for the periods specified at the time of purchase (monthly, annually, etc.). Billing is handled directly by the application platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) via your user account.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period, at the price and frequency initially selected, unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Management and Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time by accessing your Apple ID / Google Play Store account settings after purchase.
• Refunds: All transactions and refund requests are exclusively governed by the terms, conditions, and refund policies of Apple and Google. Blackpixel Studio does not directly process any subscription refunds.

4. Intellectual Property
All content within the application, including but not limited to graphics, source code, user interface, music, gameplay concepts, trademarks, and logos, is the exclusive property of Blackpixel Studio and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Restrictions on Use
You expressly agree not to:
• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the application;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application;
• Use the application in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Blackpixel Studio’s servers or networks;
• Cheat, use automated scripts, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify gameplay or bypass subscription systems.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Blackpixel Studio does not guarantee that the application will function uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Blackpixel Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application.

7. Amendments to the Agreement
Blackpixel Studio reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. In the event of a material change affecting your rights or your subscription, we will notify you through an application update or a clear notice on our website. Your continued use of the application after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising out of this agreement or the use of the application that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
